1 - Opus Customer (first-party self serve or partner workflow)
  1. Gather user information at master account creation:
    • Name
    • Country of residence
    • Address
    • Email
    • Phone number
    • Organisation name, registration number, and place of registration (if purchasing through a corporate structure)
    • Billing information
  2. Clickwrap agreements required to cement account creation:
  3. Force pop-up with new clickwrap agreements on first login after any agreement’s terms are updated.
  4. Master account may provision subsidiary accounts for staff. Subsidiary accounts must acknowledge terms of use.
2 - Opus Expert
  1. Gather user information at account creation:
    • Name
    • Country of residence
    • Address
    • Email
    • Phone number
    • CV / qualifications
    • Organisation name, registration number, and place of registration (if working through a corporate structure)
    • Bank information for payments
    • VAT registration number (if UAE-based)
  2. Clickwrap agreements required to cement account creation:

3 - Opus Partner
  1. Gather user information at master account creation:
    • Name
    • Country of residence
    • Address
    • Email
    • Phone number
    • CV / qualifications

    • VAT registration number (if UAE-based)

5 - Opus Enterprise / PE Customer
  1. Agreement to be populated, negotiated, and signed via DocuSign:
  2. AppliedAI to generate user accounts for customer as required.
  3. Each user account to accept Privacy Policy via clickwrap.
